Goals from Joy Bokiri and Uchenna Kanu helped Nigeria to a come from behind victory against Colombia and reach the FIFA Under 17 Women's World Cup quarterfinals.
Angie Rodriguez fortuitously got on the end of a Nancy Acosta delivery to loop her header over and above Nigeria goalkeeper Onyinye Okeke.
But Bokiri curled in a sweet freekick to draw the Flamingoes level, as both teams headed into the break on level terms.
Not for long. Just before the hour mark, Uchenna Kanu was left unmarked at the back post, and gratefully squeezed a header past Monica Florez.
Nigeria had further chances to extend their advantage, but failed to take their chances.
Ihuoma Onyebuchi rattled the Colombia crossbar with a first time strike from distance, and Florez was called into action over and again as the Nigerians threatened to run riot.
The win means Nigeria and Mexico, who will play for top spot in their final group game, advance. Mexico and China are eliminated.
